2. How do we process your information?
In short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, support security and fraud prevention, comply with law, and, where appropriate, with your consent.
We process your personal information for a variety of reasons depending on how you interact with our Services, including to send marketing and promotional communications when consistent with your preferences, and to determine the effectiveness of our marketing and promotional campaigns.
5. Do we offer artificial intelligence-based products?
In short: We offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies.
As part of our Services, we offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies ("AI Products"). These tools are designed to enhance your experience and provide innovative solutions.
We provide AI Products through third-party service providers, including Anthropic. Your input, output, and personal information may be shared with and processed by these providers to enable your use of our AI Products. You must not use AI Products in any way that violates the terms or policies of any AI service provider.
Our AI Products are designed for image generation and related design-assistance functions. Personal information processed using AI Products is handled in line with this Privacy Notice and our agreements with service providers.
6. How long do we keep your information?
In short: We keep information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process personal information, we will delete or anonymize it, or, if that is not possible, securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
7. How do we keep your information safe?
In short: We aim to protect personal information through organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify information.
8. Do we collect information from minors?

Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from marketing and promotional communications at any time by replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to SMS messages that we send, or by contacting us. We may still send service-related messages necessary for administration and use of your account or to respond to service requests.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.
Cookies and similar technologies: Most web browsers accept cookies by default. You can usually choose to remove or reject cookies. If you do, certain features or services may be affected.
10. Controls for Do-Not-Track features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals; because there is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
